Ingredients

  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Optional: maple syrup or sugar
  • Optional: ginger, chilli sauce, mustard, soy sauce, fish sauce, fresh or dried herbs, spices

Method

  1. Put 2 parts balsamic into a bowl and slowly whisk in 3 parts oil OR put both into a jar with a lid and shake vigorously until completely mixed.
  2. Add extras as desired and to your taste. Taste test as you go.
  3. Lasts for five days in the fridge.
