Ingredients
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Optional: maple syrup or sugar
- Optional: ginger, chilli sauce, mustard, soy sauce, fish sauce, fresh or dried herbs, spices
Method
- Put 2 parts balsamic into a bowl and slowly whisk in 3 parts oil OR put both into a jar with a lid and shake vigorously until completely mixed.
- Add extras as desired and to your taste. Taste test as you go.
- Lasts for five days in the fridge.
