Note: this recipe is designed to serve 8 people, however you can adjust as per your requirements.

Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 tbsp onion-infused olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs/Italian herbs
  • 1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F/200C
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Arrange on a baking tray and drizzle the combined oils, then rub oil into chicken thighs.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle powder over chicken evenly.
  4. Bake chicken for 35-45 minutes, or until crispy with an internal temperature of at least 165F/75C.
