Note: this recipe is designed to serve 8 people, however you can adjust as per your requirements.
Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 tbsp onion-infused olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp mixed herbs/Italian herbs
- 1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Arrange on a baking tray and drizzle the combined oils, then rub oil into chicken thighs.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle powder over chicken evenly.
- Bake chicken for 35-45 minutes, or until crispy with an internal temperature of at least 165F/75C.
