Ingredients
- 60ml light rum (also gold rum, but avoid dark rum, as it’s too heavy)
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 tsp sugar
- Sea salt flakes
Method
- Add the lime juice and sugar to your cocktail shaker and stir to dissolve all the sugar.
- Add the rum, then top the shaker with ice.
- Take your chilled cocktail glass and dip the rim in salt.
- Shake the cocktail well for at least 10 seconds, then strain into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
